Hartshorne ride
Fun ride with Bryan, Greg, Mike P, George. Tried out this Runkeeper.com free iPhone app, and it did some cool mapping of our ride. Only problem is, I didn't "pause" it during our breaks so it probably threw off our average speeds and stuff by a LOT.

Allamuchy 2009
Mike got the ball rolling...

"I'm signing up for Allamuchy soon.  Discount before May 1st.  Anyone else thinking about it?  Last year was beautiful so 2009 will surely be a soaker.

Fall/Winter 2008 riding
So we did a night ride at Hawshorne (can i spell it?) last night, not too late, but like 9pm-ish to like 12am-ish.
 
The lights are of course awesome to use, and it was really wet and leafy on the trail.
 
The roots, mega slippery, but I think the darkness and brief rain was good to distract from the uphills being tiring. They seem slightly easier I think when you're distracted by the fun of lighting your path and stuff.
 
SO perhaps a weekly ride on fri/sat will occur, but we'll be picking some different trails I hope for variety.
